But today I want to remind you exactly *why* you don't need to go back into the toxic diet culture this summer. Today I go over 3 reasons why FAD diets are harmful and guiding you on a more positive and sustainable journey.
PS - you don't have to diet before summer. You only go into a deficit if it is *aligned to you.*
